TÍTECH is a unique patent-pending, part-off-site, part-on-site zero-emission cross-laminated-timber building system.
 
Preferred partners are Tier-1 builder / developer Bennett Construction Ltd. & CLT design-&-compliance world-leader Waugh Thistleton Architects, with pre-cut CLT coming on Hydrogen trucks from Swiss Co Shilliger Holz’s mid-France processing plant at Tours and their new fully automated plant (2024) in Switzerland.
 
3D-product-simulation from RealSim at Galway University has helped combine International, Universal, 
Circular-Economy, Naval, &  Advanced Design Disciplines for a digital Fast-plan & big-crane-free Rapid-Build-System. 
 
Fully-sustainable product-design-oriented apartments & houses in premium & affordable formats.
 
Beautiful to build … & beautiful to live in … TÍTECH CLT box-beam matrix buildings are one-fifth the weight of concrete. Cement emits ton-for-ton C02 … TÍTECH locks in C02.  At eventual end-of-life, our box-beam apartment matrices will be dis-assembled and trimmed to standard CLT building beams … so climate changing C02 stays locked-in … forever.
 
TÍ is Irish for House. TÍTECH is International for Design. A MMC high-rise, earthquake-proof CLT building system. 
 
Model Project is a low-rise demo apartment block on the Island of Jersey. To amortise set up costs TÍTECH needs scale. So our Flagship Project is a London Docklands-style high-rise in Dublin Docklands, over an Edu/Eco Center at Grand Canal Docks East, with a low-rise little sister project - also on Ireland’s Grand Canal Artery - at Robertstown.
